Tương tuyền, năm 1963, Mỹ muốn biến H&ograve;a Tiến th&agrave;nh v&ugrave;ng trắng, đưa xe cơ giới c&agrave;y ủi khắp nơi, khi tới Miếu B&agrave; La B&ocirc;ng th&igrave; kh&ocirc;ng l&agrave;m g&igrave; được v&igrave; xe tắt m&aacute;y; một l&iacute;nh Mỹ nằm ngủ trưa b&ecirc;n Miếu cũng bỗng dưng lăn ra chết; c&ograve;n những phụ nữ kh&ocirc;ng c&oacute; con trai, đến đ&acirc;y cầu khấn th&igrave; được như &yacute; nguyện&hellip;Ch&iacute;nh v&igrave; sự linh thi&ecirc;ng v&agrave; ly kỳ n&agrave;y, nhiều năm nay, cứ v&agrave;o ng&agrave;y 12/1&Acirc;L, người d&acirc;n La B&ocirc;ng lại đ&oacute;ng g&oacute;p kinh ph&iacute;, tổ chức lễ hội V&iacute;a B&agrave; để cầu quốc th&aacute;i d&acirc;n an, mưa thuận gi&oacute; h&ograve;a v&agrave; m&ugrave;a m&agrave;ng tươi tốt. <!--[if
